Corrections & complaints

We get things right, and when we don't, we fix them in the open.

Email newsroom@manxwire.im with the link to the story and what is wrong. A person reads every correction request. We aim to respond within one working day.

Corrected stories carry an "Updated" time. Where a correction changes the meaning of a story we add a note at the end explaining what changed.

Legal complaints should be marked "Legal" in the subject line and will be handled the same day.
